About Pixel Mine Support
Pixel Mine Support works with our customers one on one to provide support for all billing/payment related problems, account management help, and technical support for installing and running the Pixel Mine Launcher and games. This includes purchasing tokens, setting up subscriptions and auto-payments, purchasing items through the Pixel Mine Store, transferring tokens, and other token-related issues.
Hours of Operation
Support operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (CST). If you have submitted a ticket or emailed support over the weekend please be aware of this and understand that they will work with you as soon as they get to your request.
